I have led design teams, built systems from the ground up, shipped products from zero to launch, and sat in rooms where business decisions were made and changed because of what good design revealed.
I am gokul, a design leader, strategist, and product designer with 11 years of experience in human-centered design, UX strategy, and AI-driven innovation. As the Chief Design Officer (CDO) of Accubits Technologies Inc., I have played a key role in scaling the company into one of the world’s leading AI and Blockchain technology firms. Over the years, I have successfully led 350+ projects, helping businesses craft engaging, data-driven, and habit-forming digital experiences.
Building digital products across banking, government, telecom, and e-commerce. I have led design teams, built scalable design systems, and driven measurable business outcomes, not as a contractor executing briefs, but as a strategic design leader who owns the problem end-to-end. I am currently focused exclusively on Kuwait's digital landscape, and I have spent the past several months building portfolio work that responds directly to the real gaps in Kuwait's most-used platforms.

When a design decision reaches a CFO or a VP, it needs to speak in outcomes, not wireframes. After 10 years across banking, government, and telecom, I translate user needs into business cases, and business mandates into experiences people actually want to use.

I have shipped inside the hardest environments
Financial compliance, legacy systems, bilingual RTL interfaces, government regulations, millions of users who cannot afford errors — I have designed inside all of these constraints and delivered anyway. Perfect conditions are a luxury. I work without them.
I build design infrastructure, not just deliverables
Most designers hand over a Figma file. I hand over a system documented components, Arabic and English design tokens, developer annotations, accessibility audits, and a design language that outlives the project. What I build keeps working long after I leave.

The more complex the product more user types, more edge cases, more regulation the more valuable good design becomes. My best work has been on products everyone called "too complex to simplify." That is exactly where design earns its seat at the table.

Meridian Health
Designing across scheduling, case management, treatment planning, and clinical documentation for mental health practices. The challenge is balancing what clinicians need with what administrators need—often very different things—while keeping everything HIPAA-compliant and actually usable.

StyleBook
Redesigned everything from appointment booking to inventory management for a salon management platform. Worked directly with salon owners and stylists to understand their workflows, then rebuilt features to match how they actually work instead of how we thought they worked.

Northlight Consulting
Led UX strategy and discovery for enterprise clients. Facilitated workshops with stakeholders who had very different ideas about what they were building, then helped everyone land on the same page. Also mentored junior designers, which taught me how to articulate my process instead of just doing it.

Joined when the product was technically functional but deeply confusing. Talked to users who were struggling, mapped out where the interface was failing them, and redesigned the core experience to actually make sense. Also helped establish initial brand direction.
